I take this opportunity to thank you all for choosing Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa Colege Sarhali. You have taken the right step. I welcome you on a journey of learning that is both fruitful and enjoyable. Here you will not only acquire knowledge but make memories and relationships that you will always cherish in your life.

As the Honorary Secretary of the College Managing Committee, I have the greatest satisfaction of serving the cause of higher education. It was the vision and dream of our most revered Sant Baba Tara Singh ji to provide and equip our youth with knowledge and skills that would prepare them for global opportunities.

Today I am elated to see our college serving the educational needs of not only the students of Tarn Taran but also the students coming from nearby places like Zira, Ferozepur, Moga and Amritsar. Our professional courses and excellent quality education attract students from all walks of life. However, we do not rest on our laurels but continue to make efforts to enhance the quality of higher education by various means. Education is an investment in future growth. It not only broadens the horizons of an individual's thinking but opens up possibilities for the collective growth of community, nation and civilized world of mankind. In fact, we are willing to traverse any paths to make Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Sarhali as the most coveted place to acquire quality education and imbibe moral and social values that will stand in good stead forever.

We leave no stone unturned to ensure that the students are able to face any challenges that they may face on paths of life. To prepare them, the college has various value-added and personality development programmes. The students are encouraged to participate in community service programmes like NSS and NCC etc. so that they may contribute to the welfare of the society they live in.
