Eligibility for Taking GND University Examinations
A regular student of the college must fulfill the following Conditions in order to sit in the Guru Nanak Dev University Semester Exams :
1. For each examination every student admitted to the course under the semester system must be on the rolls of the institution and shall send his/her admission form and fees for the examination through the Principal/Head of the Institution.
2. He/she must attend not less than 75% of the full course of the lectures delivered to their class in each of the subjects offered and 75% of the periods assigned to practical work in each subjects having practicals.
3. He/she must bear good moral character and their work must be satisfactory.
4. He/she must obtain atleast :
(a) 35% marks in each individual subject or 25% marks in aggregate of all the subjects in the house examination/mid semester tests/class tests assigned for this purpose.
OR
(b) 30% marks in aggregate in all the subjects in the special house examinations/class tests which the principal of the college may hold at his/her discretion.
