Schedule of Payment of College Fees, Dues and Bus Fare

Students must pay their college fee, dues and bus service charges as per the below schedule or as notified by the college from time to time.

1. For 10+1 & 10+2 Classes, fees shall be deposited as per the schedule given below:

a)  Annual Charges : at the time of admission
b)  Ist Instalment   : 1st October to 15th October
c)  IInd Instalment : 1st January to 15th January

2. For under-graduate, post-graduate and all diploma courses, fee shall be deposited as per the schedule given below:
a)  Annual Charges  :  at the time of admission
b)  Ist Installment   :  1st November to 15th November.
c)  IInd Installment :  In the month of January.

3. Bus Fare : Students availing college bus service must pay the bus fee in lumpsum at the beginning of each semester.They are not allowed to commute by college bus without paying bus fee in advance. They must follow the college bus rules.

Very Important Instructions Regarding Payment of College Fees and Dues

1.  The parents & the student must study carefully the fee-structure before signing & submitting application for admission to a course.

2.  Fees & funds once paid will not be refunded in any case even though a student has not attended college for a single day as per rules. The college will not entertain any claim/complaint incidental or consequential express or implied accruing from fee, funds and other charges.

3.  The dues once paid will not be refunded even if the student leaves the college during mid session. Only security will be refunded and that too if the dues are otherwise clear.

4.  College dues / fee can also be paid by UPI / debit and credit cards online or using card swiping machine subject to their availability in the college office.

5.  Fees can be increased or decreased from time to time as per the instructions of the managing committee/University or Punjab Government.

6.  If college dues are not paid on time a student may be struck off the rolls without any prior notification.

7.  Submission of examination form along with examination fee by the due date notified by the college is the sole responsibility of the student. If a candidate fails to submit the university examination form by the due date he/she will be fully responsible for the consequences. No claim for any compensation whatsoever will be entertained by the college.

8.  Post Matric scholarship facility to SC/BC and Minority Community students will be given as per Govt of India and Punjab Government rules.

9.  Fee Concession may be granted to deserving, needy brilliant students and as per college rules.
