Documents Required at Admission Time

Please bring the following Documents at Admission time:

1. Certificate of the lower examination passed:

   a) For Admission to 10+1 ---->   Matric Certificate/DMC
   b) For Admission to 10+2 ---->   10+1 DMC and Transfer Certificate (TC) This is required only for new students coming from other schools.
   c) For Admission to undergraduate courses ----> DMC of 10+2
   d) For Admission to Post-graduate courses ----> Degree/DMC of graduation

2. Character Certificate from the head of school / college / university last attended (can be submitted later)

3. Matric Certificate as proof of Date of Birth

4. Aadhaar Card / Voter ID Card / Driving License as proof of address

5. 4 recent passport size photographs of the student

6. Migration Certificate to be produced in case of student coming from University or Board other than Guru Nanak Dev University / Punjab School Education Board (can be submitted later)

7. Eligibility Certificate issued by Guru Nanak Dev University if applicable (can be submitted later)

8. Certificate regarding Schedule Caste / Handicapped or any other Category if applicable (can be submitted later)

9. Any other relevant document shall have to be produced if required by college authorities.

Note:
1. Please bring all certificates / documents in original and a set of photocopies of required documents.

2. Photostat facility is available in our college.
